Outside of martial arts, David created DP Events, a renowned special events company that specializes in organizing a wide range of social events, promotional campaigns, and corporate gatherings. He also has demonstrated his acumen as an investor and consultant in various startup ventures.

As an instructor, David dedicates himself to understanding his students’ priorities and helping them reach their goals. His decades of training and the requirements of his own career have made him particularly attentive to the experiences of people looking to balance their martial arts practice with their professional obligations. Maintaining an environment where students are able to train tomorrow the way they were able to train today is central to our academy’s ethos.

David is excited to have this incredible team with him to create an unmatched learning and training experience. One of his favorite things about the martial arts is being part of people’s growth as both practitioners and people, and he can think of no better place for that than Renzo Gracie East Side Martial Arts.
